We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team as a LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST. The person selected will work closely with agents, managers, funeral homes, and the Funeral Directors Life Marketing team to create a Marketing plan -- and then expedite that plan by managing the direct mail and Facebook boost campaigns efficiently and effectively from beginning to end. The LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST is also responsible to make creative suggestions to help our funeral home clients gain quality leads and achieve good financial results.

The LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST is also responsible to make creative suggestions to help our funeral home clients gain quality leads and achieve good financial results.
Responsibilities
- Expedite direct mail/Facebook boost campaigns and projects by being the "go-to" person on assigned projects.
- Work closely with sales managers, funeral homes, sales agents, accounting, customer ambassadors, client success managers, help center, copywriters, and graphic designers.
- Manages multiple campaigns with a time-sensitive deadline that will have a huge impact on the company finances.
- Makes creative suggestions to better help our clients attract quality leads to achieve good financial results.
- Consult with vendors on pricing, list rentals, project production, and discrepancies.
- Responsibly manage numerous lead generation campaigns simultaneously to bring in leads for the funeral home client and will help make a financial difference for them.
- Regularly exercise independent discretion and judgment about significant matters.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role or internship PREFERRED
- Clear communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to pay extreme attention to detail
- Good problem resolution skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
