Job Summary:

We are looking for Supplier Engineering Co-ordinator Executive who will work closely and maintain relationships with suppliers and will handle development projects to improve business process and tools.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Source and identify potential suppliers to support Engineering material and tooling fixtures
• Obtain quotations for material and tooling fixtures from various suppliers
• Raise Engineering Purchase Requisition's and manage the Purchase Order(PO) until it is closed.
• Manage receiving of the material and resolve any issue with delivery
• Coordinate the booking of packaging / shipment logistics

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Graduate of Vocational Certificate or High Vocational Certificate/ degree in relevant subject
• Business knowledge and understanding of Operations
• Day to day office tool
• Global internal and external communication
• Time management and prioritization of tasks, accurate data entry for orders and shipments
• Business Tool
• Building effective working relationships both internally and externally to ensure smooth operations
• Liaison with internal Emerson team (Technology,Test engineer, Engineering centres, Manufacturing Engineer, Life Cycle Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Project Execution, Global Distribution Center,

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Computer literacy on MS Word, Basic MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and results-oriented
• Experience in using Oracle is preferred
• Experience in using Agile is preferred
• Effective and efficient interpersonal skills
