As an integral member of the BuildOps demand generation team, the Demand Generation Manager (ABM) will play a pivotal role in targeting high-value accounts as we continue moving upmarket. This role offers the unique opportunity to design bespoke campaigns that directly impact our top-line growth and build tight-knit relationships with strategic accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

ABM Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute personalized, account-specific ABM campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps to align on account strategies, messaging, and objectives.
  • Create in-depth account profiles and leverage data insights to craft tailored outreach and campaign plans.
  • Experiment with innovative multi-channel approaches (digital, direct mail, events, etc.) to engage target accounts and drive results.

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams, facilitating alignment and communication to ensure campaign success.
  • Lead and organize small, focused groups to ideate, plan, and execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to deepen relationships with top accounts.

Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing account engagement metrics and pipeline impact to refine strategies.
  • Leverage Marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and report results.
  • Continuously research ABM best practices and experiment with new ideas to maximize impact.

Content Development & Creativity
  • Partner with internal and external resources to create personalized content, messaging, and experiences that resonate with key accounts.
  • Develop innovative ideas for bespoke campaigns and initiatives to surprise and delight target audiences.

What We Expect

Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing or B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS or technology-focused industries.
  • Proven success driving measurable business outcomes through ABM campaigns targeting Enterprise or Strategic accounts.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across sales, marketing, and RevOps.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Creative problem-solver with experience crafting personalized, high-touch campaigns.

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or commensurate experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • This is a hybrid role out of our West LA, Toronto, or Raleigh office.
  • Openness to travel to ABM events and visit customers once per quarter.
