Job Specific Knowledge:
- Lead and coordination of the construction and commissioning supervision services across disciplines for the project on site, to ensure they meet Client ', its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
- Continuous reporting to the Project Manager and the Customer throughout the execution of services.
- Supervise all construction completions activities to achieve project safety, schedule and quality requirements.
- Liaison with Client Project Manager and the Site Managers of EPC contractor to supervise the construction works, adequately addressing challenges to the work phase, schedule or job performance factors as per the Customer's requirements
- Development of a cohesive and functional site team, across the various disciplines, with in-house and hired resources.
- Review the need and advise on potential variances or deviation; technical, commercial and program impacts.
- Quality Assurance - Responsible for ensuring that works are developed as per the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems and plans relevant to the Project
- HSE - Responsible for ensuring that works are performed as per the provisions and guidelines of the HSE requirements, systems and plans relevant to the Project
- Ensure that construction and commissioning works are performed in accordance with project drawings, vendor package documents, specifications and scope of work as defined for the work
- Ensure the participation of Client y staff in the site inspections as per the ITPs agreed with the EPC contractor and arrange for appropriate test/inspections.
- During construction, ensure documentation and packages are complete and in-place to support contractor's progress (all material traceability, NDT complete & accepted, test packages reviewed and accepted, etc).
- Identify and report issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.
- Proactively report and resolve any discrepancies between the EPC contractor and the Customer's requirements
- If required, assist and support junior personnel within the various disciplines site team
- Communicate effectively with the site team and project stakeholders, including the Customer
Job Specific Knowledge:
- Construction Manager with international experience (gained through multinational companies or across countries and professional cultures).
- Electrical and/or civil background is required.
- Very strong power engineering background.
- Successful track record of result deliverables in challenging project environments.
- Management of edge of internal and external construction, procurement and engineering interfaces, schedule impact, change orders
- A sound knowledge of the fundamental engineering requirements and the basis across various engineering and design disciplines.
- Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Client y and its customers.
- Experience in Engineering for Construction, QA/QC, Delivery Coordination.
- Able to develop good working relationships at all levels from field to management
- Minimum 10 years of relevant multi-discipline engineering in EPC/EPCM industry, EPC Power Plants development, engineering and construction.
- Experience across renewable energies (solar thermal, PV, wind), focus on PV Panels
- Central Asia experience is an asset.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Master in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Site Supervisory.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Adherence to HSE Policy and Procedures
- MSOffice, and CAD programs. Primavera is a plus.
- Responsible and Honest.
- Good communication skills and an aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams. An ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities and expectations.

- Strong trouble shooting skills with the ability to resolve technical, operational and systemic problems.
- High level of understanding of management of interfaces across multi-functional groups and disciplines and project life cycle phases.
- Thorough understanding of the risks and the technical/commercial issues associated with the engineering in power projects.
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to take responsibility for their own work, open to creativity
