PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS:

Provide technical curriculum design and development support to Engineering, Brandt Sales, Leasing, and Industrial groups. Assist with providing technology-based solutions for blended learning and virtual instructor led courses to support NOV WSS.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS:
Basic Functions: (1-5 Year Experience)
Provide technical curriculum design and development support to Engineering, Brandt Sales, Leasing, and Industrial groups. Assist with providing technology-based solutions for blended learning and virtual instructor led courses to support NOV WSS.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Perform needs analysis to scope projects based on business need
- Work in conjunction with Vendor Management, Communications and Engineering teams to create impactful learning solutions that meet the needs of a global audience
- Convert existing instructor led courses to eLearning modules
- Create projects with edited voice-over and sound effects in Articulate Storyline
- Maintain and update existing content to ensure it is always current
- Create eLearning design standards
- Create instructor lead content
- Travel to customer service sites as needed
- Work collaboratively with NOV training depts to support Oracle Based LMS
- Maintain WSS related offerings in HUB LMS including pushing out offerings, database management and employee records
Other Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations as provided by NOV Brandt and customer company representatives, including the ability to use personal protective devices as required by company or client policy.
- Ongoing evaluation of impact and efficiency of training-- through formal and informal metrics esp. for facility audit requirements.
- Perform other related duties as prescribed by Training Manager as well as VP Technology.

JOB ANALYSIS:
- 0 to 5 years' experience in curriculum design and development.
- Familiarity in use of software packages including Articulate storyline and Oracle DBS.
- Experienced in writing technical documentation.
- Good communication skills; must be able to speak, read and write English correctly.
- Experience with CAD animations and working with step files.
