Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Subsea Cable Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of subsea cable projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage subsea cable projects from basic concepts, throughout the entire project lifecycle until closeout
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Perform full engineering of deck layout, cable packing analysis, and prepare a complete package of documents, incl. drawings, risk assessments, method statements, etc.,
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment
• Provide on-site and off-site project management during jobs
• Assist Tendering Department with preparing Technical Proposals and until contract awards.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of subsea cable / umbilical handling
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Wrike)
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
