This individual is responsible to leadand manage a team of Solution Architecture to support the sales and marketingactivities for his country/region.
Responsibilities-Assess and translate customer's operational challenges and issues into a competitive advantage solution for customer through appropriate technical solutions with process improvement and/or software application.
-Support customer together with external partner and internal team through pre-sales effort.
-Lead in-country technical trouble shooting and resolution through post sales technical effort.
-Maintain and create customer reference record and case studies for ease of reference/sharing.
-Lead and/or assist technical skill development of in country reseller.
Requirement
-An individual possess a tertiary education in an IT-related field with at least 5 years' experience and good business acumen in pre-sales and post-sales technical solution.
-A self-starter and team player who can work with both internal and external party to articulate the solutions (PSS) and build business case proposals our customer.
-Possess good initiative, creativity and problem diagnosis instinct.
-Out-going personality with customer service attitude.
-Possess good understanding of vertical application: Warehouse management system, Manufacturing as well as Resource Planning, logistic management, transportation management. (ERP, CRM, MRP, WMS, SAP, etc)
-Good communication skill. Proficient in English
-Strong knowledge of Android SDK and different versions of Android
-Proficient in IT networking skills and knowledge
-Experience in project management is advantage.
-Experience in programming (C/C++, C#, Xcode, Python, and/or Java) will be advantage.
-Travel up to 50% of the time.

-Country sales team and SA team to deliver best practice and solutions
-End customers and business partners
-Corporate office from the solutions perspective (based on verticals)
-Liaise with engineering to create solutions
