O&M PROCESS ENGINEER

POSITION SCOPE
The Processes Engineer role within the O&M department is responsible for preparing the project for operation through the pre-FID and readiness phases. This includes developing operational processes, procedures, OPEX model inputs, negotiating major contracts, recruiting the site team, and finalizing operational tools. The O&M Asset Integrator Engineer assists with technical package interfaces during engineering and construction, planning key stages of asset handover, and managing the process with multiple project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Engineering oriented Bachelors (BSc/BEng) degree level or demonstrated significant experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum five years offshore wind experience is preferred, alternatively significant experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Track record of successfully leading multi-discipline teams in the delivery of large scale multi-million-dollar projects through pre-construction, construction to operation transition stages.
  • Knowledge and experience of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation associated with offshore wind projects.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certificate a plus.
  • Important: Candidate must have the legal right to work in the US without the need of work permit.
