QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Important: Candidate must have the legal right to work in the US without the need of work permit.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in similar HV/EHV senior/lead engineering roles, managing
• the delivery of high value equipment supply contracts, preferably in offshore wind, or onshore renewables and networks.
• Offshore experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of EHV/HV electrical equipment
• Knowledge and experience of offshore wind farm grid connections
• Experience of engineering design and delivery.
• Understanding of electromechanical drawings and documents.
• Analytical with attention to detail
• Project, contract and time management, with ability to complete projects and keep to deadlines
• Numerical skills and ability to quantify the costs of potential incidents
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service ethic
