We are hiring for a People & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) to work in our People & Culture team.

Tasks

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
• Training & Development: Collaborate on initiatives to promote learning and career growth within the organization.
• People & Culture Projects: Lead or support initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• People & Culture Analytics: Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a People & Culture role, demonstrating a solid foundation in People & Culture practices and principles
• Speed in understanding the structure and dynamics of functions and teams, enabling you to assess development and recruitment needs accurately
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Assertive and effective communication skills; you are capable of navigating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organizational hierarchy
• High degree of service orientation with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Demonstrated growth mindset with a great sense of ownership and accountability
• Fluency in English, the company's working language, is required, proficiency in German would be considered a plus
