We are currently seeking Engineer/Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer -Piping to join our Gandhinagar Team, and this position will be directly reporting to HOD, Piping & CAD, Gandhinagar.

About the mission we offer you:

We are looking for a candidate with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive expertise in piping design/engineering, with at least 6+ years of experience. The role involves 3D modeling in S3D/E3D, piping studies, vendor drawing reviews, and participation in key project reviews and meetings. Strong coordination with other disciplines and effective technical communication with clients, vendors, and contractors are essential.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive expertise in piping Design/Engineering
• At least 6+ years experience in Major oil/gas offshore and onshore projects in the capacity of Lead or Area Lead Engineer.
• Should have extensive knowledge and experience in developing Plot Plans, piping layouts, pipe routing study etc. of Oil and Gas, offshore and onshore projects.
• Should have experience in handing process units in 3D environment using E3D, SP3D tools.

As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will be assigned to a project task force team working primarily on FEED, Design and Detail Engineering activities/projects. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to;

1. Technical management of the piping personnel under his responsibilities.
2. Provide guidance to all team members with proper work distribution.
3. Coordination activities with specialists engineers like stress and material leads.
4. Ensure implementation of project specifications, procedures, design requirements etc.
5. Coordination with other disciplines.
6. Participate in meetings and assist in technical matters with clients / vendors and contractors.
7. 3D Modelling in S3D / E3D, Support modeling, Piping studies of Column, exchanger and Pump, compressor, Review of Vendor drawings, Checking of Isometrics, preparation of SPM Data sheet.
8. Participation during key project reviews, plot plan reviews, Hazop, lesson learned workshops, constructability review and Design/model review meetings.
9. Organize periodic internal 3D model reviews and assign job responsibilities to designers during this period.
