Our client, major LNG Operator in Qatar, is hiring for ICAPS Administrator to work for major offshore project (Offshore Brownfield & Greenfield scope). This is a contract and residential role to be based in Onshore Site, Qatar with initial contract duration of 3 years (renewable).

Job Purpose:
Reporting to Head of System Completion, the ICAPS Administrator is responsible for completion database readiness including systems and subsystems, ITRs, punch list, work packs etc.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Lead execution of system completion work flow process and system completion database at site (onshore/ offshore) and keep the team committed to targets defined by the project management. Assist the NFXP Offshore Commissioning Division/System Completion Manager in executing Project responsibilities for onshore system completion, offshore system completion and preservation scope of work. Maximising onshore commissioning activities vs offshore
• Focal point for system completion work flow process and system completion database starting from detail engineering to final acceptance, for promoting and implementing of system completion work flow process and system completion database at site, Implement system completion observations reporting and monitoring
• Anticipate, prepare and manage all system completion work flow process and system completion database of the Project including system completion and all commissioning procedure, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.
• Review, approve and implement Commissioning system completion and system Completion Databse prepared by EPC Contractor.
• Follow up and ensure all Completion Progress Reports (summary and details) are updated as per actual progress.
• Promoting, follow up and participate in Completion Walkdown in every completion phases as required.
• Review and propose mitigation for Commissioning aspects of the Risk Management Plan and Monitor the mitigation when defined
• Review all Commissioning changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the MOC procedure
• Attend to meetings as required, mentor the trainees to develop their project skills and experience while being on site; Maintain a register of lessons learned

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
Engineering degree or Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years experience of handling system completion

Knowledge and/or Experience:

• Experiences of handling system completion workflow process and system completion database of major project during preparation stage and execution stage at many location such as fabrication yard, onshore and offshore including handover from project team to operations and interface within internal organization.
• Experience to develop multi discipline system completion of EPC contractors and sub-contractors in the oil and gas project including manage ITRs, punch lists, System Completion Database, system completion certification process, system completion dossier, and Completion Progress Reports as required by PMT.
• Training for ICAPS and OPERCOM Methodology.
• Hand on experiences with system completion database ICAPS and OPERCOM Methodology at least 8 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
• Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards
