AtkinsRéalis est à la recherche d'un(e) Ingénieur(e) civil sénior(e) en structure pour rejoindre une équipe dédiée aux études visant principalement les projets hydroélectriques et qui pourra mettre à profit son expérience et expertise pour accompagner le client dans ces prises de décisions ou pour clarifier ces besoins.
À ce titre, vous évoluerez au sein de l'équipe d'ingénierie de l'unité d'exploitation hydroélectricité et barrages pour l'analyse, la conception et la réhabilitation de structures dans le cadre de différents projets de barrages, d'ouvrages hydrauliques, de bâtiments et des ponts dans le domaine de l'hydroélectricité.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe multidisciplinaire impliquée dans la réalisation de projets allant des études de faisabilité à la construction, et vous serez amené à travailler sur des mandats provinciaux, nationaux et internationaux. Quelle sera votre contribution dans l'équipe?
Au sein de l'équipe Hydroélectricité & barrages, vous aurez à participer à:
• Conception structurale d'ouvrages hydrauliques, de centrales hydroélectriques et des structures connexes (béton et acier);
• Réhabilitation d'ouvrages hydrauliques, de centrales hydroélectriques et structures connexes;
• Coordination multidisciplinaire, assister et diriger des réunions de conception;
• Production de l'ingénierie préliminaire et détaillée, et préparation et/ou vérification des calculs structuraux et des notes de calculs associées;
• Participation et encadrement de la production des principaux livrables techniques, c'est-à-dire les rapports de conception, les dessins de structure et les spécifications techniques pour appel d'offres et pour construction;
• Planification des lots de travail et/ou mandat;
• Supervision du travail des ingénieurs juniors et intermédiaires;
• Maintenir un contact régulier avec les clients pour s'assurer que les services rendus répondent aux attentes et pour les informer de l'évolution des mandats.

L'Ingénieur(e) civil sénior(e) en structure recherché(e) :
• Baccalauréat en génie civil, profil structure, Maîtrise en génie civil, un atout;
• 15 ans minimum d'expérience pertinente en conception de structures de bâtiment, ponts et ouvrages d'art et/ou structure hydraulique;
• Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)/ ou en cours de processus;
• Maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit), bilinguisme, un atout *;

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join a team dedicated to tackle mainly hydroelectric type of projects, and who will be able to put in use his/her experience and expertise to support different clients in their decision-making process and to clarify their specific needs.
In this role, you will work within the engineering team of the hydroelectricity and dams operating unit for the analysis, design and rehabilitation of structures as part of various dam, hydraulic works, building and bridge projects in the field of hydroelectricity.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team involved in the accomplishment of projects ranging from feasibility studies to construction support, and you will be required to work on provincial, national and international mandates. This position offers excellent growth and career opportunities.
Your role within the structural engineering team:
Within the Hydroelectricity & Dams team, you will have to participate in:
• Structural analysis and design of hydraulic works, hydroelectric power plants and related structures (concrete and steel);
• Rehabilitation of hydraulic works, hydroelectric power plants and related structures;
• Multidisciplinary coordination, attend and lead design meetings;
• Production of preliminary and detailed engineering, and preparation and/or verification of structural calculations and prepare associated Design Briefs;
• Participation and supervision of the production of the main technical deliverables, i.e. design reports, structural drawings and technical specifications for calls for tenders and construction;
• Planning of work packages and/or deliverables;
• Supervision of the work and coaching junior and intermediate engineers;
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure that the services provided meet expectations, and to inform them of the work progress..
