Are you an experienced Fundraising Manager looking for a change? This role is an exciting opportunity to lead an established and successful income generation team, growing income to ensure FORCE Cancer Charity can support increasing numbers of cancer patients in Devon.
FORCE Cancer Charity are recruiting a Head of Income Generation to lead and grow voluntary income working with a passionate, pro-active, and dedicated team of Fundraisers and donors.
Do you have experience of successfully growing fundraising income, strengthening existing support whilst attracting new supporters, and leading and inspiring teams to perform at their best? If so, we would love to hear from you!

The Head of Income Generation will lead on growing FORCEs voluntary income to ensure long-term financial sustainability and growth enabling more care for cancer patients and their families. The role will be responsible for taking the lead on income generation within the Operational Management Team (OMT) to ensure the Charity is in the best possible position to achieve its strategic objectives.
The role holder will build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally, retaining existing donors and developing new ones. They will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating the Income Generation Team to perform at their best. They will be accountable for overseeing delivery and growth of income from high value funding streams including Gifts in Wills, Grants, Major donors and companies.
