About the Role

As Project Manager in our Rod Lift Systems division, you'll spearhead the delivery of optimization solutions that maximize production efficiency for our clients. Based in Roma, Queensland you will be leading projects from inception to successful completion. You'll work with our cutting-edge artificial lift technologies, including advanced beam and long-stroke pumping units, sophisticated SCADA systems, and state-of-the-art automation platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in managing installation, commissioning, and optimization projects that directly impact our clients' bottom line. Working closely with a talented technical team and reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems and surface facilities.
• Experience with pumping units, flow measurement, and automation systems.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong client management skills.
