Your role and responsibilities
In this role, Global Planning & Fulfillment Specialist will support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Supports performance improvement, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, resource allocation, and short-term planning processes, while optimizing businesses' net working capital. The responsibilities include: • Supports the implementation of planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with the business strategy. • Supports the end-to-end process optimization to reduce overall end-to-end lead times, inventory, including Sales In Excess (SIE) of invoicing, and customer on-time delivery, improving fulfillment and value chain visibility. • Maintains and supports inventory management, SIE of invoicing, processes, and guidelines in project units in line with business area/division instructions. • Performs standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including inventory, on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization. • Identifies key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across their own area of responsibility. • Establishes and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management. • Supports local operations planners, master schedule planners, and material planners in implementing new processes and/or tools for material planning.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, operations planning and supply chain management.
- Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP operations modules. Experience working in ANAPLAN is a plus.
