Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India, Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • End To End Accountability for ERP Applications Operations & Maintenance. • Play a pivotal role in ensuring minimal disruption to new or existing services and application • Time Zone Manager will lead a team of Operation Managers and an internal support unit to execute and deliver a service that meets or exceeds the expectations set out in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) • Second point of contact in case of escalation and responsible for IS Global Vendors management and consumer/customer relationship management. • Key actor in leading and supervising a global department of IS Operations Manager • Provide support on new topics from RUN perspectives (new processes, new business stakes) • Ensure high availability and performance for applications in production at optimized costs, according to the business needs • Coordinate with Partners, Services Performance Team, Business Users for Incident, Problem and Change management • Drive the entire portfolio of applications • Operational reviews with the partners. • Support various stakeholders within the Business Area and Division, Countries (Lead Business) and GBS IS Domains • Support complex, diverse global IT Domain environment (both BAU operations and internal projects) • Deliver End-to-End service management in complex landscape including global and local IS Domain services • Assure active cooperation with other IT Domain teams as well as other GBS departments (CX, SPEX, Capabilities, etc.) • Ability to constantly increase the added value to the service provided and face global challenges on quality and speed of delivery

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (Ex- Business Administration, Information technology, Finance& Commerce & Engineering).
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant of Service Management/Operations experience in handling external Partners and managing the maintenance support activities.
- SAP Functional/Technical Experience/Knowledge is required for the role
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills needed- written
- Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem
- Supplier management experience desirable
- Partner ecosystem management - Manage partners for Run activities compliance with Quality & Service Agreements
