Global Product Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will plan and implement proactive promotional/spec influencing activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Builds long-term customer relationships and identifies and develops sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. Be directly and independently responsible for homologation of ABB LVS system with identified customer in defined segment. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Having deep domain knowledge of IEC Low Voltage systems. Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions to educate the target audience on ABB products, systems, services, and offerings. • Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits. • Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants. • Managing administrative tasks in technical promotion processes and creates reports based on the organization's needs. • Conducting valuation of market size and trends and competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluates ABB's position. • Collecting and analyzing standards, market requirements, and customer needs and values as inputs for developing a product roadmap. • Formulating technical bids by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical aspects adapted to customer project requirements to position ABB products and favor its selection and creates well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including preliminary prices for initial project budgeting. • Providing technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings with customers. Leading Product and Factory approvals from customers engaging the necessary resources from all functions

Qualifications for the role
- You are skilled in Electrical distribution, and you have good knowledge of one of the following market segments: Data Centers, 3C/Semiconductor, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Process Industry
- You have at least 5 years of experience as sales engineer.
- You possess enhanced knowledge of Regulation & Legal Compliance, Market Intelligence and Pricing Excellence.
- You are passionate about team working and you have a marketing attitude. You are customer oriented
- You are at ease communicating in English.
