As our Customer Order Administrator you will be entering and handling of customer orders via the business systems accurately and in a timely manner and keep Sales Offices continuously updated on the status of the orders

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Ensure the on-time and complete entering of multi business unit orders in the system
  • Check trade compliance issues for each order
  • Generate order acknowledgements
  • Keep a close contact with internal customers/Sales Office to inform of any delays and problems
  • Keeps the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides correct and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
  • Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices
  • Conduct data management activities using the ERP system
  • Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems
  • Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner

You enjoy keeping in contact with the client regarding their order status and additional information, ensuring the client's needs are being met in a timely manner. You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You serve as a partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role
  • Languages: English - advanced level

  • Good communication skills and being customer-focused;
