- Build and deliver financial reports on a regular basis, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end summaries, with a focus on actual financial results and relevant data from the BU finance standpoint.
- Analyze actual performance vs. planned results, identifying variances and recommending actions to address discrepancies.
- Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and discussions with Manufacturing, Operations Heads, and other customers.
- Supervise P&L, asset management, and ensure alignment with budget; raise red flags to relevant partners when vital.
- Supervise key asset management metrics including Inventory, AR, DSO, ITO, and past dues; collaborate with collaborators to drive improvements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve various queries in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for various reports and analyses.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Participate in audits from the BU finance perspective.
- Lead all aspects of inventory processes, including validating customer quotations.
- Review and validate quotations, purchase orders (PO), and sales orders (SO) terms.
- Monitor manufacturing, procurement, and costing processes with an eye on continuous improvement.
- Handle freight and logistics processes, with a preference for candidates with experience in this area.

- Perform additional duties as required by the business, typically strategic in nature, and aligned with your qualifications and experience. These duties will be assigned under the mentorship of a supervisor.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sophisticated financial data.
- Proficiency in Oracle and HFM is preferred.
- Experience with Project Accounting is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing process flow.
- Expertise in inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with US GAAP, Accounting Standards, and Ind-AS.
- Solid understanding of Income Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing actual vs. planned results.
- Ability to handle customer expectations in a matrix organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of customs compliance and warehousing frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- CA / CMA with 2 to 4 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
- CA Inter with 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
