Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Spain in Madrid !

As a Commercial Asset Management Analyst, you will s upport the team in getting analytical results (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) for various subsidiaries and reconciliation between General Accounting and Analytical Accounting.

Your main missions will be as follows :

• Assistance in compiling and estimating results to obtain CF (closing forecasts), BU (budget), and Long Term Plan (LTP) ;
• Preparation of reports for public organizations (e.g. surveys) ;
• Calculation and getting of KPIs ;
• Control and analysis of variations and action plans ;
• Preparation of departmental presentations ;
• Support in monitoring Fixed and Variable Expenses ;

• Actively collaborate in achieving the department's and company's objectives, with behavior and attitude aligned with the company's corporate culture.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• Master degree in Finance, Economics or Business and Administration

Computing skills:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PowerBI
• Knowledge of SAP

Languages:

• English: level B2/C1
• Spanish : level B2/C1 (mandatory)
• French: level B2
