TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica (TERIb) currently has a portfolio of more than 4GW of photovoltaic projects under development in Spain. This opportunity is for a position in TERIb's Business Development department, collaborating with a Senior Business Development Manager.

As a Financial Modeling Analyst, your main missions will be :

• Financial model simulations to maintain or optimize viable investment return expectations ;
• Perform detailed sensitivity analyses to support confident decision-making in project development and commercial strategies ;
• Monitoring of project inputs of portfolio projects ;
• Support the preparation of presentations to the investment committees ;
• Support of preparation of informative notes (memos) to management in Paris on relevant events ;
• Support in new business opportunities (analysis, documentation preparation, etc.) ;
• Optimization of financial models to meet internal requirements, incorporating economic and technical considerations such as battery systems, hybrid generation technologies, optimized PPA structures.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications :

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in business development, financial analysis, or a related role within the renewable energy sector. Proficiency in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis. Understanding of the renewable energy market, particularly photovoltaic projects.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge on economic and technical considerations such as battery systems, hybrid generation technologies, and optimized PPA structures.especially solar photovoltaics, but also wind and BESS
• Expertise in financial modeling, including the ability to optimize models to meet internal requirements
• Familiarity with project development processes and commercial strategies in the renewable energy sector
• Knnowledge in Project Finance

Soft skills :

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of preparing and delivering high-quality presentations and memos
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior management

Computing skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling and analysis
• Knowledge of project management software and tools is a plus

Languages :

• English: B2/C1
• Spanish: B2
• French: B2/C1
