ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner.
We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Creates end-user acceptance and specification offering for service agreement with digital offerings. Drives and implements marketing and sales activities for the assigned market segment(s) in line with the agreed strategy. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitors service agreement with digital offering sales performance.
- Defines, implements, and reviews the service agreement and digital marketing (and communications) strategies for target segment(s).
- Ensures achievement of the established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed.
- Monitors digital market trends and accordingly recommends improvements in the digital marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive landscapes.
- Visits customers to understand their needs and ensures the resolution of customer issues. Assists the sales team and channels teams to win business.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field and 5+ years in technical services..
- IT Systems experience
- CEMS systems knowledge and experience
