JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently hiring for Construction Coordinator to join our team in Basra.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for ensuring or supporting Construction & Mods lead in safe delivery of execution for construction and fabrication activities for field modifications ,
• MOC Provide day to day direction of construction/execution contractors for assigned activity.
• Meets the construction requirements defined in small project procedure and associated guides and templates and ensures that quality and work certification meet the required standards.
• Verify contractors have adequate and competent construction resources available to execute the work and support commissioning activity within POS constraints and plans.
• Interface Management for all construction activity through to construction/execution completion, MC1 or equivalent certification.
• Verify contractors' construction workpacks , method statements and relevant required docs to execute the work are reviewed and align with delivery of the design. Drive HSSE and quality compliance for all construction and fabrication work.
• Accountable for the accuracy of work progress reporting by reviewing, monitoring and validating contractors and fabricators construction performance metrics and KPIs Manage assigned construction risk mitigation actions.
