This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Collaborative Robot, Robotics & Discrete Automation in South Korea . You will be mainly accountable for: • Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area. • Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model). • Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team. • Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications for the role
- Over 5 years of experience in sales related factory automation
- Knowledge and experiences of Collaborative Robot relevant experiences would be preferred
- Technical and commercial knowledge and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluency in English and Korean both oral and written
