This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to the our electrification business, Raipur, India.

Your role and responsibilities

This role is contributing to the our electrification business, Raipur, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for adding new dealers and appointing new distributors where their is a scope in new areas.
- Preparing the secondary claims what we need to operate in the market and reporting to the superiors and product head.
- Looking after project sales as well as dealers sales and increasing their sales by supporting them by giving liquidations.
- Regular payments and orders follow up to dealers and distributor.
Qualifications for the role
- Diploma / BE / MBA.
- 5-12 years experience in Building Segment , Selling MCB, DB and Switches.
- Knowledge in wiring Segment, good Connections with Builders and Contractors.
- Good communication skills.
- The role demands strong leadership quality with proven track record in Business development, relationship.management.
