Manage proper inventory of tangibles such as, but not limited to, cement, barite, bits, as well as rental equipment, and coordinate with PL OP and third-party suppliers as needed. Ensure that operations are conducted to prevent risks of well control, stuck pipe, and any other project and operational risks. Ensure compliance with Schlumberger policies and Integration PL standards, including standing orders. Prepare detailed procedures for specific critical operations (running casing, cementing, etc.) and associated contingency plans. Prepare daily cost estimates based on goods consumed and services provided. Manage and monitor operations communications with the goal of ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and service providers are lacking any information that they need to perform their services. Prepare technical and operational calculations relevant to the well- or rig-site operations (e.g., cement volume) Participate in operational performance improvements and program changes with the project team. Degree: Bachelor Degree complete Main experiences: Experience in supervising directional drilling operations (mandatory) Knowledge in fluids operations/engineering (desirable) Language: Advanced English and Portuguese Valid documentation to work in Brazil
