Your Role: Own the Challenge /Take on the Journey

• As Robot Delivery Operations & Function Package Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all respects related to Operations of the robot product & Function package business in Automotive Business Line in Robotics China.

• Oversee the operations of local Robot Delivery including a scope of Proposals, Project Management, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.
• Focus on achievement of the forecasting accuracy, inventory turnover of robot products, customer request on-time delivery, lead-time, aging stock, etc.
• Establish, support and maintain planning and fulfilment processes. And ensure the accuracy of forecasting process to PDP.
• Implement processes and best practices for Robot inventory management. Ensure the visibility and exchange of overstock with others business lines within Local Division and Global BL.
• Propose and implement process optimization to reduce lead time and inventory.
• Focus on function package management, including resource allocation, engineering execution, and closely work with sales to continuously promote FP applications, customer satisfaction & needs.
• Accelerate Functional Package's localization, establish the local development capacity with technical team, to strengthen local competence to meet our key account's new requirements.
• Lead the local implementation of post-sales support to deal with Customer's Cases (e.g. technical and delivery complaints, delay in delivery).
• Ensure that the required trainings are planned and delivered to internal (ABB) and external (Service providers) personnel.
• Lead and oversee the local project execution team, ensuring that ABB Policies are consistently followed.
• Lead implementation of continuous improvements to reach the expected service level at optimized inventory levels and costs.
• Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

• More than 10 years' experience, preferable in automation/robotics, or with sales operations background.
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience.
• Strong customer-focus and proactive approach.
• Capability to work with Excel, SAP and other Microsoft tools.
• Fluent in English.
