What We Are Looking For:

Texas Direct Roofing Construction is seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers/Lead Generation Specialists in Tyler, TX. In this role, you will help generate new leads by knocking on doors and engaging homeowners who may have experienced storm damage. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking to people, can work independently, and want to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, dynamic company. Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or lead generation is not required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knocking on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce the company and its storm restoration services.
• Engaging homeowners to gather basic information and qualify them for further inspection.
• Scheduling appointments for roof inspections and sales meetings.
• Educating homeowners on the benefits of storm restoration and our claims process.
• Generating leads and helping the sales team set up qualified appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and leads generated.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Comfortable knocking on doors and engaging homeowners in conversation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different neighborhoods.
• Smartphone to log activities and collect customer information.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and earn commission-based pay.
• Previous canvassing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
