Role Overview

• Lead and manage a team of Civil Engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Utilize your expertise in Civil Engineering to diagnose and solve complex problems and provide technical recommendations.
• Represent the company as an authority in the field and act as a role model for developing experts within the team.
• Integrate diverse disciplines to achieve project delivery and actively identify new approaches to enhance efficiency.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a strategic level, while also managing opposite interests.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, and actively identify new approaches to enhance efficiency.
• Provide expert advice on design, operation, and integrity management of facilities/plant, and integration with relevant stakeholders including contractors.
• Act as a community leader for subject matter experts and provide expert advice to support external activities.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and manage any potential risks or issues that may arise.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of design principles and procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems and provide technical recommendations.
• Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a strategic level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of experts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and procedures, with the ability to identify new approaches to enhance efficiency.
• Efficient time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Expertise in project management and budget management.
• Ability to integrate diverse disciplines to achieve project delivery.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certifications in project management or relevant industry standards are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering or related field.
