Our major client is seeking a Talent Acquisition to work within their facilities located in Houston, TX for a 6-month assignment.

- Develop and execute strategies to attract, select, and hire the best talent, for the right roles for each segment to ensure Woodside's future workforce requirements are met
- Full end-to-end specialized resourcing, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation
Support the development of proactive talent pools for specific job families and engage the candidates in a meaningful way - Act as a trusted partner to the business using data and intelligence to inform recruitment tactics/strategies
- Talent Acquisition Experience
- End-to-end resourcing experience
- Experience in utilizing channels in global markets
- Deep knowledge of segments and market trends
- Negotiation with candidates to secure top candidates
- Partner with line leaders at all levels to develop and support the execution of sourcing strategies
- Provide guidance to line leaders on market trends as they apply to the segment
- Engagement with external candidates to ensure great candidate experience
- Engage with external vendors as required
- Significant coaching of line leaders required to build the capability of the line in sourcing and selection methodologies
- Coaching of line leaders to drive objective decision-making to ensure candidates hired to meet the future workforce requirements of the organization
