Financial Controlling Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an intern to join our Controlling and Purchasing (CP) Department at Corporate Technology Center (CTC) in Poland, Kraków. In your role you will support the CP Department in its daily activities and will be part of a small, flexible team of experts in controlling, purchasing and quality management subjects. You will execute assigned activities based on the global and local procedures. If this looks like something you would like - join as now. Here are more details on what you can expect: • Registration of fixed asset, providing support in the inventory of fixed asset • Archiving financial documents • Preparing reports, analyzes, cost statements in Excel • Controlling deliveries and order costs • Requesting vendor`s accounts creation/updates

Qualifications for the role

• Student of a 2nd year of Economic or Administration Studies or related
• Good command of English - both oral and written
• Working knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel)
• Interest in Controlling and Purchase subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and reliability
• Analytical skills
• Availability - 20h/week
