You will also assist in financial reporting and contribute to the smooth operation of global projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, attend, and participate in team and stakeholder meetings
- Facilitate meetings and document minutes, following up on actions and decisions
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings
- Administer requests for Engineering resources, support, and Engineering Standards access
- Handle administration and reporting for the engineering team
- Coordinate with various functions, including Studies, Contracts, Procurement, Recruitment, and Project Services
- Support purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor onboarding
- Provide financial reporting of purchase orders against engineering team budgets
- Facilitate document input, reviews, and issuing reports
- Engage professionally and positively with others to ensure tasks are completed on time
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role within the mining industry
- Experience coordinating engineering services or related functions
- Strong SAP experience (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current WA Manual C-Class Driver's Licence
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and zero harm
- Ability to produce a National Police Clearance within six months
- Ability to attend a pre-employment medical
