Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join our Services & Digital Delivery unit. You will lead automation and electro modification projects, ensuring compliance with ABB policies, contractual agreements, health & safety requirements, quality standards, and financial targets. Key Responsibilities: • Execute daily project tasks and manage project teams. • Conduct customer meetings and manage supplier follow-ups. • Oversee risk management and identify new opportunities. • Ensure quality monitoring and on-time delivery. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including international operations.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project execution or engineering.
- Technical background preferred; experience in land-based or offshore industry.
- Service-minded, structured, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Norwegian is preferable.
