This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) for System Drives, United States. You will lead the monthly development of a 24-month rolling demand forecast, ensure its translation to an approved master production schedule, and oversee the plan's execution in close coordination with relevant functions. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division in New Berlin, WI. Main stakeholders are Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Production. You will be mainly accountable for: • Owner of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process: Area Demand Planning, Demand Review, Supply Planning, and Business Review. • Owner of Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process, connecting planning with execution and ensuring efficient cross-functional resolution of unplanned events. • Accountable for inventory forecast and performance for raw materials, WIP, finished goods and sales in excess of invoicing. • Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes and tools, lead the implementation of new planning technology and analytics solutions, and foster a data-driven culture. • Create and/or maintain process documentation. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee Our team dynamics You will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, Logistics, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment or Supply Chain Management OR Associates Degree and 10+ years of experience OR HS Diploma and 12+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement SAP configuration changes to improve efficiency and quality of Logistic Information System (LIS) Planning, Long Term Planning (LTP) and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Anaplan Software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Query.
