Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and drive global/regional/local sourcing initiatives. Each day, you will purchase materials and services according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the purchase activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. This role is temporary. The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role is contributing to the IA Procurement & Logistic, Process Automation BA Function Operation Centers and Quality and is based in Krakow. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading commercial and legal sourcing negotiations for IS contracts, typically ranging from $25K to $500K, ensuring favorable terms and compliance. • Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFQ/RFP execution and subsequent negotiations for contracts between $25K and $2M. • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies in close alignment with regional/global category leaders to drive cost savings and efficiency. • Handling contract lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, change requests, terminations, and ensuring accurate documentation in the contract management system.

Qualifications for the role

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement and/or sourcing, with a strong background in strategic purchasing.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and legal negotiations for contracts, including with large IT suppliers.
• You are highly skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively handle demanding business relationships.
• You possess strong strategic thinking abilities, with expertise in analyzing and managing complex business situations.
• You are passionate about teamwork and networking, excelling in cross-functional collaboration.
• You thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
