Global Operation Support is a part of the Service organization in Vestas. We are responsible for work locally and globally on prototype, improvement, optimization, commissioning, construction, and other project related tasks.You will be part of a team with approx. 300 skilled employees.
Responsabilities
- Recruit, motivate and promote consistent results
- Ensure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are followed
- Ensure all training plans is up to date and aligned with the needs
- Operations management should meet obligations and reach customer satisfaction goals while effectively managing key internal and external relationships
- Provide the necessary governance and systems to ensure compliance to Vestas's policies and contractual obligations e.g., ensure that all local agreement is in compliant and implemented
- Create a safe working culture and always be in accordance with the Vestas safety and quality values
- A key aspect of the role will be intercultural interaction hence you will engage in cross-border international dialogues. This will involve some difficulties but should also provide you with an interesting learning experience. The role features many complex aspects which will make each working day a real adventure
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience being a team leader
- Experience with remote leadership
- A technical background in similar technologies
- Hold a degree/diploma related to management
- Proficiency in Romanian nd English both written and verbally
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and IT in general
