This position reports to

Accounting&Reporting Mgr-Gen. Accounting

Your role and responsibilities

• Conduct Lean Six sigma/Lean/Quality training sessions across various levels in finance: P2P, O2C and R2R - Demonstrating excellent domain understanding of Lean / Six Sigma tools • Analyze and drive related improvements of Finance Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Leading projects from a quality mindset with complete end to end perspective from concept to delivery • Work closely with finance delivery teams to identify process improvement opportunities and guide through execution through Lean, analytics or Automation • Design and facilitate process improvement workshops to (Kaizen) workshops to identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementation. • Deliver standardization and process streamlining projects • Mentor Yellow Belt projects • Lead or support Transition /Transformation Initiatives • Work collaboratively with different functions like HR or IS

Qualifications for the role

• Requirements:
• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Experience in mentoring Six Sigma Projects
• Strong demonstrable expertise of Six Sigma and Lean tools
• Excellent analytical approach to problem solving
• Strong customer orientation
• High degree of structure and self-organization, independent worker, deadline focused, and attention to detail
• Excellent Presentation and Delivery skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts
• Very good planning & organizational skills
• Your background
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Overall, 6 years or above experience which should include the next two predominantly
• Operational Excellence / Quality /Six Sigma lead roles (at least 2 years)
• In depth process knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R)
• SAP working level knowledge is preferred

Deploy and lead a common approach for continuous improvement for a local ABB organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improving. Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results.
