This position reports to
Service Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Responsibilities 1.Being in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager implementing service sales strategy penetrating IB, promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer Utilizing ServIS to understand the existing installed base (IB) and identifying and developing sales opportunities for Service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB/new IBs in the market Generating service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios Establishing long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM) Selling entire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in the designated area(s) Charts out and monitors sales proposals, tenders and follows up proposal statistics. 2.Preparing ABB's Service offerings based on customer need and in coordination with the local Service Sales Manager Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy Manages administrative sales processes Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) translating the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions Contributing to risk assessments related to price and quality Registers required information into the appropriate customer database ensuring technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer's needs.

Qualifications for the role
- Qualifications
- 1.Bachelor's or master's degree, Major in electrical or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
- 2.At least 3 year's sales experience in marine application; Strong sales competency with marine application capability & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of marine electrical propulsion system.
- 3.Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity. Work positively to achieve KPI.
- 4.Must be result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.
- 5.Familiar with MS Office tools. Good, captivating and to-the-point output in daily communication, as well as in negotiations and presentations.
- 6.Fluent English is required both written and spoken. Can lead the meeting with other MSC and foreign customer.
- 7.Adapt to frequent travel to maintain customer relationship and secure to sign target contracts.
