This position reports to

Service Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities: 1.Develop the project's plan, verify and control project scope, rationally optimize resources and cost, assure the project follow the critical path to be delivered. 2.Understand Full Cost Calculation/Model and different revenue recognition methods, control project cost and cash flow and ensure that the project can be taken revenue and invoicing timely. 3.Report status and progress of project to customer and other stake holders in different method with appropriate detail to assure desired understanding and forthrightly shed light on project status/issues in project reviews. 4.Understand terms of the contract and the impact upon the contract of differing or additionally accepted terms and conditions. Ability to identify risks as well as what may be causing a change in risk exposure and develop related avoidance / mitigation plans. Understands opportunities and ability to take advantage of them to obtain additional sales, increase margin and to lower risk exposure。 5.Manage Purchase Order of the project, work actively with multiple suppliers to obtain overall best possible purchase in cooperation with the supply management function and ensures correct timing for procurements. Ability to coordinates project logistics to ensure timely delivery of the equipment.

Qualifications for the role

• Requirements:
• 1.Bachelor diploma or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electric Power automation or Mechanical and Electrical Integration or marine engineering.
• 2.At least 3 years' working experience.
• 3.Fluent English is required both written and spoken, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and excellent team leading ability.
• 4.Willing to travel frequently.
• 5.Strong sense of responsibility and patient personality, ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
• 6.Proactive and initiative, customer oriented.
• 7.Experience in marine industry and project management is preferred.
