NOV Energy Equipment - Aftermarket is currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Macaé, BR, the main responsibilities of this role include:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send documentation and deliverables to customers and internal stakeholders (Condition Assessments, Work Instructions, Test Reports, Quotations, etc.)
- Create and maintain rig-specific documentation within DMS (RigOffice, SharePoint, etc.)
- Initiate ERP and Tracker setup for new projects/programs, utilizing program naming conventions and requirements
- Load/prepare necessary templates for new projects/programs
- Maintain program ERP projects, including WBS setup and/or modification
- Prepare/initiate Purchase Orders, Intercompany Purchase Orders, Billing Summaries, Credit Memos, and Invoice Requests
- Assist Project Managers with InProgress or labor system reporting
- Assist Project Managers with invoice tracking and follow-up
- Support Regional Managers with program template and process revision control
- Support Program Managers and Project managers with customer ERP system
- Support Regional Managers with meeting minutes and preparation
- Assist Regional Managers, Program Managers, and Operations Analysts with budget and cost allocations
- Support Program Managers with procedural/documentation audits
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Advanced English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, OneDrive)
Job Requirements:
- Able to travel, if required
