NOV Corporate is seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Gdańsk. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop within a dynamic corporate environment, and who thrive in a demanding, fast-paced setting.

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with NOV's strategic goals. You will take full ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-calibre candidates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit criteria.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Use data analytics to monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to recruitment speed, quality, and satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and compliance standards, staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment, with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
• A track record of meeting recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in German/ French will be an asset.
