About the Role:
Are you an expert in enterprise-level business architecture, process optimization, and digital transformation? We are looking for a Senior Process Architect to lead the development and maintenance of business architecture frameworks, ensure transparency of end-to-end business processes, and drive process improvement initiatives. This role is essential in integrating and simplifying business operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level business architecture, mapping business capabilities and organizational structures.
• Establish and uphold process frameworks, models, and standards for business-wide alignment.
• Enhance transparency of end-to-end business processes, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvement and optimization strategies to streamline operations.
• Design and execute maturity models to advance business integration and simplification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance business efficiency.
• Integrate business process models with enterprise architecture to align technology enablers with operational needs.
• Stay abreast of industry-leading practices and benchmark processes against global standards.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Business Process Management, governance, and process modeling.
• Proficiency in SAP Signavio (or equivalent BPM tools such as ARIS), SAP Cloud architecture, and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and working principles of SAP Business Process modules.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling standards (BPMN 2.0), process mining, and change management.
• Experience in programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, Java, or SQL) is a plus.
• Strong business process analytical skills, including Lean Six Sigma expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
