Principle IT Business Partner - Portfolio for HoneywellInternational, Inc. in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:
Lead ESS IT Portfolio and Program Management, deploying best-practices and supporting the delivery of strategic programs across the business.
Work with Honeywell EIT PMO ensuring delivery performance of the Strategic IT Invest Portfolio.
Provide IT Project delivery support, and drive pro-active Risk Management activities.
Manage staff as assigned to projects, potential for other managerial duties.
Support SBU CIOS and IT teams to support project delivery efforts ensuring successful outcomes and benefits realization.
As an experienced program manager, directly lead strategic Honeywell Accelerator programs.

40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree* or foreignequivalent in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, and 8 years ofexperience in technology, finance or related field. Must have 6 years ofexperience with the following: increasing responsibility in IT management and/ortechnology project and program management; applicable project and programmanagement experience in a technology environment; and experience delivering ITwithin an Agile environment. Must have 5 years of experience with thefollowing: reporting skills with various complex tools across the IT landscape;Tableau, PowerBI, and others; Adept spreadsheet and MSOffice productivity toolsexpertise, demonstration of emerging skills. Must have 4 years of experiencewith the following: demonstrated familiarity and practical application ofOrganization Change Management methodologies. Must have 3 years of experiencewith the following: experience in leading technology, multidisciplinary effortsacross a complex, matrix organization. ITIL Certification and familiarity withother IT Management standard methodologies. Telecommuting permitted up to two(2) times per week.*Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of aBachelor's degree.
