In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinate and manage intercompany task across region ie. AMER, EMEA and APAC.
• Ensure that the intercompany recharges between intra-entities are recorded timely and accurately.
• Ensure that the intercompany funds transfer and settlement are accurately captured in the system.
• Ensure compliance of accounting standards and Group Policies.
• Supporting month-end financial close activities, closing the fiscal books accurately and on a timely manner.
• Facilitating quarterly and year-end external audits.
• Responsible for interacting and communicating with the respective business units to facilitate any special and /or reporting requirements.
• Participate in the intercompany related process integration and or improvement projects.
• Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy, and strong financial and accounting understanding.
• Proven communications skills with internal and external stakeholders, as the role includes providing training on control and compliance related matters.
• Willingness to learn/adapt and ability to meet deadlines.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge of Oracle System will be an advantage
• Written and verbal communication in English and Chinese at medium level

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• At least 2 years of working experience in Finance related tasks
• Experience working in multinational companies or international firms will provide added advantage
