RegionUnbilled Champion

As a Region Unbilled AR Champion here at Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS),you will play a crucial role in championing unbilled accounts receivableswithin your designated region. You will be responsible for driving the accurateand timely processing of project billing, ensuring compliance with accountingpolicies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams toresolve Unbilled discrepancies and issues.

You will report directly to our Global Unbilled AR Leader and you will work outof our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performanceof your region by minimizing unbilled balances, improving cash flow, andmaintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion the unbilled accounts receivablefunction within your region
• Drive the accurate and timelyprocessing of unbilled balances
• Ensure compliance with accountingpolicies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to resolve unbilled discrepancies and issues
• Monitor and analyze unbilled ARbalances and aging within your region and providing Global Unbilled Leader withperiodic analysis and forecasting
• Develop and implement strategies tominimize unbilled balances and improve cash flow

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in functionalsupport role / project control / project admin or related roles
• Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Attention to detail and ability toanalyze financial data
• Proficiency in using accountingsoftware and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, business fluent in written and spoken English
