For our Field Service Engineering Team (Honeywell Building Solutions) based in Vallensbaek we are currently looking for a Senior Field Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and managea team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and supportto ensure exceptional performance
• Foster acollaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation andproductivity

Service Delivery:

• Oversee theplanning and scheduling of field service visits to meet customer requirementsand service level agreements
• Ensure thetimely and successful completion of service tasks, addressing any issues ordelays as they arise

Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor andassess customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps toenhance service quality and resolve any customer concerns.

Technical Support:

• Providetechnical expertise and support to field service technicians, assisting withcomplex or escalated service issues
• Stay up-to-datewith the latest industry trends and best practices

Resource Management:

• Manage theallocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, tooptimize service efficiency
• Maintainaccurate records of service activities, including inventory and equipmentusage

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safetyprotocols and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure a safe workingenvironment for the team
• Conduct regularsafety training and inspections.
