Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein driving marketing automation and lead management initiatives. You will beresponsible for managing and optimizing the Marketing platform to support ourmarketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise in Marketing will enable you to develop and execute effective marketing automationstrategies, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing tools andsystems. You will report directly to our Senior Marketing Operations &Analytics Manager and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybridwork schedule.

In this role, you will impact our marketing operations by leveraging Marketo todrive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketingautomation campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionableinsights to optimize marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimize the Marketoplatform to support marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Develop and execute marketingautomation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer engagement programs
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure seamless integration of Marketo with other marketing tools andsystems
• Analyze campaign performance andprovide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trendsand best practices in marketing automation and lead management

YOUMUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience inmarketing automation
• Strong knowledge of Marketo platformand its capabilities
• Proficiency in developing andexecuting marketing automation campaigns
• Experience in lead management andnurturing programs
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills

• Strong communication andcollaboration skills

• Marketo Certified Expert or similarcertification
• Experience with CRM systems, such asSalesforce
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for emailtemplate customization
• Familiarity with marketing analyticsand reporting tools
