Inside Sales Representative I

Your expertise in inside sales and customerrelationship management will directly impact the company's sales performanceand contribute to its overall business success. You will report directly to ourSales Manager and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on ahybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by drivingrevenue growth and contributing to the company's financial success. Yourability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targetswill position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth andcompetitiveness in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing the renewal quotations (offers) and sending them to the designated customer contacts, 90 days prior to the ongoing contract expiration date.
- Following the escalation process for non-responsive or negative renewal feedback, 30 days prior the expiration date.
- Generate the monthly assigned number of leads for EOC/EOS units via SFDC
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, utilizing problem solving skills to bring resolution to all requests/inquiries/complaints.
- Provide customers with requested reports and information by email or telephone in a timely and professional manner.
- Joining and actively participating in the Renewal Pipeline Meeting, discussing ongoing renewals, sharing feedback and updates and establishing approaches and strategies to bring in the revenue.
Key requirements:
- +2 years of Inside Sales or Customer-oriented role background
- Excellent MS Office skills (mandatory), SAP/SalesForce (nice to have)
- Proficient English Speaker (mandatory), Italian Speaker (nice to have)
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
