Role Overview

As a Demand Generation Senior Manager, you will be a key leader on our growing marketing team, responsible for building and scaling our demand engine from the ground up. This is a critical, hands-on role for an experienced professional who will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns-with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will be instrumental in driving new business and accelerating pipeline by leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound initiatives to reach our target accounts and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.

This is a high-impact role perfect for a seasoned demand generation leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a direct, measurable impact on our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy that aligns directly with sales goals. You will create and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design, implement, and manage our ABM program from scratch. This includes creating personalized campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales to drive engagement and pipeline within those accounts.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media, display advertising) to drive qualified traffic and leads efficiently.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and track KPIs for all campaigns. You will analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and use data to continuously optimize our strategy.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales and sales development teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and to accelerate pipeline growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in a B2B demand generation role, with a proven track record of success.
  • ABM Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience designing, launching, and managing successful ABM programs that have directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strategic & Hands-on: Proven ability to not only create high-level strategy but also to execute it. This is a role for someone who is ready to get their hands dirty.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication & AI-savvy: Excellent communication skills and understanding of AI tools and how to use them to work smarter.
